Why does the shearing machine crack?

First of all, it may be that the cut sheet is too hard. We need to pay attention to this during the operation. We can't cut all materials with one cutter, otherwise it will easily lead to chipping. If you encounter a very hard material, we must change to a more suitable blade. Maintenance is very important, otherwise the best blade will not last long after it reaches your hand.
Secondly, when cutting the plate, we also need to carefully adjust the gap of the knife edge, otherwise it will easily lead to chipping.
Again, it is most likely to cause cracking when cutting round steel. If it is this material, we need to be extra careful.
Finally, it may also be the quality problem of the blade itself. We must not choose a blade of poor quality for cheap, after all, this is a very important part of the hydraulic shearing machines.
Matters needing attention in the use of hydraulic shears:
Start the hydraulic shearing machine for a few cycles of idling to ensure that under normal conditions, test cuts of different thicknesses, from thin to thick. Make sure that the user is familiar with the shear performance.
Different blade gaps must be adjusted for different plate thicknesses during trial cutting. If the corresponding blade gap is not adjusted, the blade durability will be affected.
The hydraulic shearing machine turns on the pressure gauge switch during the cutting process and observes the pressure value of the oil circuit. The pressure should be less than 20MPa when cutting a 12mm board. This remote pressure regulating valve No9, the pressure is set to 20-22MPa when leaving the factory, the user must abide by this regulation, and shall not increase the pressure for cutting beyond the specified material surface and cause damage to the machine.
Sound balance during operation. If there is noise in the shears, stop and check. When the hydraulic shearing machine is operating, the temperature of the fuel tank is raised <60 degrees, and when it exceeds, it will shut down and rest.
